    Hi ,inorder to get high quality links to your site there are many ways
    1)submitt your site to various webdirectories which are having appropriate specified categories and having high rankings and open directories
    2)Make a link exchange with ur neighbouring sites that have high page rank
    3)try Adsense or other link exchange programme
